Design Objective: Redesign an extranet interface to make it easier to securely share and manage documents between Quarry team members and Clients. Design Solution: An extranet system that stores files and user profiles as well as their associations on secure Quarry servers. Files reside in project folders with users having access only to relevant folders. Result: Quarry team members can now share files with clients with a more efficient and usable interface. This also has the benefit of improving one of Quarry's customer touch points with its clients and helping the Quarry brand. |
